I haven’t disappeared, I promise!  I have been UBER busy this holiday season but I promise some great recipes, some photos of the results as well as some witty banter, and very soon!

Yea! The cupcakes were a smashing success. No, seriously, I saw a kid smash two into his face because he couldn’t get them into his mouth fast enough. Adults were stealing them from each other! Hooray, my cupcakes were so good, they caused random acts of adult immaturity!

I will definitely have to taste test these!!

Okay, it was 78 degrees here yesterday, muggy, hot, humid, with scattered showers.  Today, it is 34 degrees, light rain and a chance of snow.  SNOW?  78 to 34 and SNOW?  Welcome to Texas.  Holy Lord it is cold outside!
