I have been a bad Bakerella.
I have only baked twice in the last two weeks.
Once was an attempt at a checkerboard chocolate and yellow cake, which went horribly awry because my Mother kept hovering over it like a sock to a nightgown in a load with no dryer sheet. She stole a layer which happened to be the Keystone, if you will, so the cake turned out marbled and unattractive.
Next I mastered a Cream Cheese Buttercream Carrot Layer Cake which was quite delicious.
Ooooohhhh Yeaaaaahhhh.
