I tried my hand at the two tiered cake for my best friends birthday. I really should have taken into consideration the size of the pans. I used 8″ and 9″ when I should have used 12″ and 9″. Poop!
The cake did have an amazingly wonderful flavor as did the icing. Vanilla Almond cake with Amaretto Buttercream filling and Vanilla Buttercream icing.
There is nothing left to be said for the decorating. I will definitely be taking the Wilton’s course at my local hobby store, and soon! Hahaha!
