How much are your treats?
Because all of our treats are priced individually by the complexity of their design, we do not have a standard price list.
How do I order a treat?
To start the order process, please fill out our order form with the following information:
* your name
* your email address
* your daytime phone number
* what type of treats you are requesting
* when you will need your treats
* your estimated budget
* an idea of what kind of design you are looking for
We will contact you to to discuss your order.
Because of our size, our bakery is currently operated privately and is not open to the public, therefore we do not have any treats pre-made for sale. Every treat we make is custom made to order from start to finish.
What’s your payment policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order; the remainder is due upon delivery (or prior to if paying with credit card via Paypal).
Your order is not confirmed until we have received your signed order and 50% non-refundable deposit.
Payment can be made by cash, check, debit card or credit card through our online merchant payment center, Paypal (you do not need a paypal account in order to make a payment to Baketastic!. Paypal is a third party used to ensure security when making a credit card payment online. Paypal is secure and insured.). Orders placed with less than one week notice require payment in full by credit card at the time of ordering. There is no refund on orders canceled within 5 days of the event date.
Do you deliver?
Absolutely! Delivery is available for all of our treats. We recommend delivery for treats that require on-site assembly. We do not ship our treats.
Delivery fees are calculated by distance traveled and are roughly $100 an hour. Due to the size of our business, our delivery range is limited to the Greater Houston area. If you are convenient to our shop in the Champion Forest area, the delivery fee will be significantly lower. Please check Google Maps if you are not sure how far you are from our bakery.
Longer deliveries are occasionally arranged, but must be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Treats that are not sensitive to transportation and will be traveling within 2 hours of our shop in Champions can be picked up from our bakery. We do not recommend clients self-transport treats over 2 hours, especially if they are oversized or tiered. Customers who choose to travel longer distances with treats do so at their own risk.
Do you ship your treats?
We do not ship our treats. Cupcakes and cakes with decorations are sure to be mangled when shipping.
Do you offer refunds?
Because treats are a food item and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds. (please note that we are willing to make exceptions for extenuating circumstances and will gladly discuss your options)
Once your deposit and/or full payment has been received, your order is accepted and placed on the baking schedule.
Your deposit is a retainer. Your deposit also covers any costs that may occur before the actual baking process begins, such as special ingredients, custom packaging, etc.
Please understand that we are creating a homemade treat that takes much time and effort and uses pricey ingredients, so please don’t commit to an order if you’re not 100% certain that this is what you want for your order.

I have dietary restrictions. Can you help?
We at Baketastic! are sensitive to our clients dietary restrictions, therefore we are quite versed with safe baked alternatives and are able to make delicious cruelty-free treats. This includes wheat, nut, fruit, dairy and gluten-free.
