By purchasing treats from Baketastic! the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
- Payments to Baketastic! are accepted in the following forms: cash, check, or credit card. All credit card purchases must be made through PAYPAL only at this time.
- Baketastic! must be paid in full prior to delivery of treats to the client. Any refunds owed from overages paid via deposits will be issued at time of delivery.
- All orders will be completed in a timely manner according to clients and Baketastic!s schedule. Baketastic! and the client will agree to a delivery date when the initial order is placed.
- Client agrees not to resell or represent Baketastic! treats as their own.
- Client understands and agrees that Baketastic! reserves the right to use and display photos of any purchased treat, as examples of works in our photo gallery or for the purpose of advertisement.
- Baketastic! shall be held harmless for any damage to treats once the are left in the hands of the client. Dropping items and damaging decor are considered client damages if they occur when no longer in the possession of Baketastic!.
- Baketastic! has the right to sever relations and contractual agreements with the client at any given time. If this occurs, client may be eligible for a full refund, including the deposit. However, if the sever is due to the clients inability to communicate properly or fickle design requests that prevent the order from being finished by the agreed upon delivery date, the client will forfeit all rights to all monies already paid to Baketastic!, including but not limited to the initial deposit and entire order cost and the order will be canceled.
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
